Overview Avison Young is seeking an enthusiastic self-starter who is keen on growing their career in commercial real estate marketing. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Senior Marketing Coordinator will join a marketing team of graphic and marketing professionals and supporting brokers with design marketing, digital marketing, signage, and internal communications. The ideal candidate is technologically savvy, design-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The base salary is aligned with market data and is estimated between $72,000 to $78,000 with the ability to achieve additional compensation through bonus. This salary range reflects base compensation for the position across all US locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and other factors including relevant education/training, experience, and internal equity. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day aspect of all email marketing initiatives, including the creation of emails, list management, scheduling, segmentation, A/B testing, and reporting Own the marketing automation platform, Buildout, by managing users, training, and ensuring listings are SEO-optimized Support the brokerage team with a variety of business needs including the preparation of marketing materials Create and maintain the content of websites across different platforms including Foleon and Wix Maintenance of our regional website Manage signage requests from design to installation, as well as vendor relationships Create engaging experiences on a digital content creation platform (Foleon) Provide reception coverage (1.5 hours/day) and as needed Participate in the development and implementation of internal communications and events Support research in the production of reports Work within and help to maintain established brand guidelines Exercise judgment and make decisions to promote smooth workflow and ensure demands are met.
