(Can shorten weekday hours if they do not want OT)</li>\n   <li>Landscaping</li>\n   <li>Pool maintenance</li>\n  </ul><p> </p></li>\n</ul>\n<p>Richdale is more than where you work, it’s your home.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 1 year of landscaping, grounds or general maintenance experience required</li>\n <li>Experience in maintaining commercial grounds preferred</li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li>\n <li>Valid driver's license required</li>\n <li>Ability to consistently display a positive attitude</li>\n <li>Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Excellent interpersonal skills—will communicate with residents, management, vendors and contractors</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
