Demonstrates strong clinical judgment in assessment, application of diagnostic criteria, clinical formulations, and sound triage decisions. Actively contributes to the treatment center and organization through on-going collaborative efforts. Participation as an active member of an interdisciplinary treatment team, developing and implementing client-centered treatment plans and goal setting for serviced individuals. Complies with required productivity requirement as set forth by immediate supervisor. <u>Must obtain job-related license <strong>(</strong></u><strong><u>LPC, LCSW, LMFT)</u></strong><u>&nbsp;and/or certification <strong>(</strong></u><strong><u>CAC, CADC, etc.),</u></strong><u>&nbsp;within 2-2.5 years of employment. Through supervision and annual PMF evaluation, a review of employee&rsquo;s progress towards licensure and/or certification will be required. Failure to show progress at the end of 2-2.5 years will result in an evaluation of the employee&rsquo;s current job title</u>. Valid, unrestricted Georgia Driver&rsquo;s License. &nbsp;</p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong>Current licensure as a Master&rsquo;s level Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist or Licensed Professional Counselor by Georgia Composite Board of Professional Counselors, Social Workers, and Marriage and Family Therapist. Two years&rsquo; work experience in social services delivery (case management, outreach, prevention/education, individual assessments, counseling) that includes experience providing individual and group services to individuals with co-occurring disorders. Computer proficient and have the ability to multi-task. Experience working in mental health and experience conducting groups.
