If RN has an Associates Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.</li>\n <li><strong>License:&nbsp;</strong>Must be RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as an RN.</li>\n <li><strong>Certification:</strong>&nbsp;BLS from American Heart Association&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Proficient in English.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to display a caring demeanor toward others</li>\n <li>Proficient computer skills required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strongly prefer 1 year plus of ED RN experience.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>CEN/ACLS certification desired</li>\n</ul>",
