    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Sapphire Utility Solutions are delighted to announce that due to an increase in our contract with United Utilities that we are seeking a large number of HGV Operatives across the North West to support on our Bucket 1 works.</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Location: Kendal covering the South Lakes</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Hours: </span></span>42.5 hours per week (based on a 7 week rota)</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Salary:</span><span> </span>£34,269-£38,542 per annum base salary (depending on experience)</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">On the job earnings:</span><span> </span>between £35,000-£55,000 per annum with overtime</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Overtime rates:</span><span> </span>For weekday, weekend and Bank Holiday work paid at time and a half</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>About the Role:</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The role available will be working from the Kendal WWTW alongside a United Utilities Customer Support Technician, where you will be required to work on the Bucket 1 reactive contract solving problems on the sewer network. This role will be on a shift-based pattern with working times of 8am to 6pm front shift and 12pm to 10pm back shift.<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Weekends and Bank Holidays are included.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>You will be working closely with a CST (UU Operative) to clean, camera and carry out sewer investigations as directed by United Utilities.<br></li>\n<li>Attending to customers, informing them of works to be carried out and answering any concerns as well as timescales</li>\n<li>Inspect drainage systems to identify blockages, leaks, or damage that could hinder water flow.</li>\n<li>Carry out all aspects of high pressure water jetting</li>\n<li>Operate high-pressure water jetting equipment to clean and clear blockages in drains, sewers, pipes, and other wastewater systems.</li>\n<li>Carry out CCTV inspections where required to assess the condition of underground pipes and sewers.</li>\n<li>Competent in using an electronic device - laptop / tablet for data entry purposes</li>\n<li>Ensuring safety issues are reported in line with company procedures</li>\n<li>Perform routine maintenance and servicing of high-pressure water jetting equipment to ensure it is in proper working order.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>What you will get in return:</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>In joining Sapphire Utility Solutions as part of the Lanes Group - the UK’s largest independent provider, we are committed to fostering a workplace culture that prioritises the well-being, growth, and safety of our employees.
