This role will bridge business needs and technical solutions, driving projects from concept through delivery while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Business Analysis &amp; AI Enablement</strong></p><ul><li>Identify opportunities to integrate AI into business processes and use cases</li><li>Develop business cases supporting AI initiatives and investments</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business and functional requirements</li><li>Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable deliverables for technical teams</li><li>Support AI solution design by analyzing data, workflows, and machine learning opportunities</li></ul><p><strong>Project Management</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and manage enterprise-level projects from initiation through delivery</li><li>Ensure projects are delivered within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations</li><li>Develop and maintain project documentation, including:<ul><li>Project Plans and Charters</li><li>Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)</li><li>Functional Specifications (FSDs)</li><li>Statements of Work (SOWs)</li><li>Status reports and executive updates</li></ul></li><li>Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile methodologies</li><li>Manage risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful project outcomes</li></ul><p><strong>Stakeholder Engagement &amp; Communication</strong></p><ul><li>Partner with executive leadership, business users, vendors, and technical teams</li><li>Align competing priorities and manage stakeholder expectations</li><li>Lead requirements workshops and working sessions</li><li>Provide clear, concise communication and reporting across all levels of the organization</li></ul><p><strong>Documentation &amp; Process Management</strong></p><ul><li>Create and maintain key project artifacts, including:<ul><li>Process flows and diagrams</li><li>Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs)</li><li>User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts</li><li>Meeting notes and approval documentation</li></ul></li><li>Ensure all documentation supports development, testing, and implementation efforts</li></ul>",
