font-size: 10pt\">Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that supports student engagement and well-being.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Communicate lesson objectives clearly and guide students through activities in a structured and supportive manner.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Manage classroom behavior effectively, maintaining high expectations aligned with the school’s values and policies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Provide feedback to the regular classroom teacher regarding student participation, behavior, and any issues encountered during the lesson.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Recognized teaching qualification</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">2+ years of teaching or classroom experience preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Experience with the IB Middle Years Programme or other international secondary curricula is advantageous.</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"><br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
