This includes painting, equipment repair, filter replacements, light bulb changing, PM on equipment defined in P.E. program along with setting up tables and chairs for events and snow & site work. Must be able to work any shift including weekends when needed. Also includes other duties as assigned.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<strong>Minimum Education</strong>High School diploma, or equivalent required \n<strong>Minimum Work Experience</strong>Experience in general Maintenance Work desired, preferably Health care maintenance \n<strong>Required Licenses</strong>OtherValid driver’s license required\n<strong>Required Skills</strong>-Knowledge of basic tools requiring dexterity, hand eye coordination and visual coordination-PC skills (Word, Excel) Preferred-In good health with adequate strength and endurance to perform assigned tasks and responsibilities.-Knowledge of how to work safely.-Willing to be trained in any of the categories of maintenance and repair in which he may have need of instruction.-Knowledge of the use of basic hand and power tools and test equipment used in maintenance.-Must be able to read and write legibly. \n<strong>Required Skills</strong>- Strong hand-eye coordination, dexterity, and visual coordination- Communicates well with patients/visitors, department team members, and other hospital staff- Proficient in Word and Excel- Demonstrated ability in using machines, tools, repair of equipment, and maintenance- Demonstrated understanding of relevant equipment, policies (internal and network), and procedures to promote safe operations\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Kettering Health is a not-for-profit system of 14 medical centers and more than 120 outpatient facilities serving southwest Ohio.
