This person will provide education, resources, and personalized assistance to ensure clients have access to necessary healthcare services and support throughout their PrEP journey. This position will provide individualized client navigation, benefits counseling, linkage to medical care, PrEP/PEP adherence support, and coordination of social and supportive services. The PrEP/PEP Navigator will engage communities through culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and harm reduction-based approaches and will collaborate with clinical providers, CBOs, and public health
