    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The selected candidate will get opportunity to work on a variety of structural engineering projects in India and US, including residential high rises, commercial development, aviation facilities, sports facilities, healthcare buildings, and hotels. </p>\n<p> Responsibilities will include working with a team of engineers and modelers to deliver modeling and drafting/detailing work. The work shall be shared by the project managers and engineers for projects based in Unites States and/or India. Our projects range vastly in scale, detail, and complexity, and this position requires being able to work on multiple projects at a time with engineers and modelers from multiple geographic locations. Position responsibilities and requirements will include: </p>\n<p>  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>3D Model development (required LOD) in Autodesk Revit structure, model maintenance, and ownership  </li>\n <li>Developing high quality Drawings with the required plan-section-details, picking up drawing markups etc. </li>\n <li>Use of inhouse developed plugins and tools for productivity enhancement </li>\n <li>Learns and implements latest BIM-related best practices, firm standards, industry learnings and methods </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Diploma in civil engineering or bachelor’s degree in engineering </li>\n <li>4 to 8 years of relevant work experience  </li>\n <li>Extensive knowledge and experience in use of Revit Structure and AutoCAD required; knowledge and experience in Rhinoceros/ grasshopper, including parametric modeling and visual programming is a plus </li>\n <li>Candidate must be proactive, have strong organizational skill, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be client-service oriented.  </li>\n <li>Knowledge and understanding of U.S. drafting standards a plus. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Work experience on India and US projects would be preferred.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Walter P Moore is an equal employment opportunity employer, and provides equal employment opportunities (including offering competitive compensation and benefit packages) to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to any characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.</em></p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Walter P Moore is an international company of engineers, architects, innovators, and creative people who solve some of the world’s most complex structural and infrastructure challenges.
