NS2 Mission is looking to bring on</span><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">&nbsp;a <strong>Cloud DevSecOps Pipeline Engineer / Administrator</strong> to help build and run secure, automated software delivery pipelines for an AWS-hosted Navy Collaborative Development Environment (CDE). In this role, you will own and evolve a modern DevSecOps toolchain built around Jira, Bitbucket, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Artifactory/JFrog, enabling development teams to deliver quickly while maintaining strict DoD/Navy and NIST SP 800-171 compliance. This role will be supporting our team in <strong>Chantilly, VA.</strong></span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do</strong></span></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins integrated with Bitbucket, Jira, SonarQube, and Artifactory/JFrog.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Automate build, test, code quality/security scanning, artifact management, and deployment into AWS environments.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Administer and tune the DevSecOps toolchain, including:<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle; font-family: initial; font-size: initial; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration as code using tools such as CloudFormation, Terraform, and Ansible for AWS resources.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Integrate and enforce security and compliance controls aligned with NIST SP 800-171 and RMF requirements directly within pipelines and platform configurations.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Collaborate with developers, security engineers, and government stakeholders to onboard projects, improve workflows, and resolve build/deployment issues.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Support RMF/ATO efforts by contributing technical input and documentation for DevSecOps platforms and pipelines.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></span></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">8+ years of IT experience, including 3&ndash;5+ years in cloud DevOps/DevSecOps and CI/CD pipeline engineering.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">AWS certification such as SysOps Administrator, Developer, Solutions Architect, or DevOps Engineer.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Hands-on experience building and operating Jenkins pipelines, including multibranch pipelines, shared libraries, agents, and plugins.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Strong experience with Jira and Bitbucket (or similar Git platforms) supporting workflows, branching strategies, pull requests, and permissions.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Experience integrating and administering SonarQube for code quality/security analysis and quality gates.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Strong experience with Artifactory/JFrog as an enterprise artifact repository supporting Maven, NPM, PyPI, Docker, and related technologies.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Solid AWS experience, including services such as EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, and CloudTrail within enterprise or mission environments.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as CloudFormation and/or terraform and configuration management tools such as Ansible or AWS Systems Manager.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Good understanding of cloud security practices including OS hardening, network segmentation, vulnerability management, and log management.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Familiarity with NIST, DoD, or Navy cybersecurity frameworks including NIST SP 800-171, NIST 800-53, and RMF.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Scripting experience using Python, Bash, or PowerShell to automate pipeline and platform tasks.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in;
