      "content": "\n<li>Consulting the customer and reading work orders to evaluate the tasks required</li>\n<li>Preparing work plans after fully scoping out the issues</li>\n<li>Running diagnostic tests on diesel engines and interpreting the results to offer suitable solutions</li>\n<li>Inspecting vehicle systems, including suspensions, steering and exhausts</li>\n<li>Repairing or replacing vehicle transmissions, brakes, engines, and other associated parts</li>\n<li>Conducting field visits in the case of an emergency or sudden breakdown</li>\n<li>Test driving repaired vehicles to gauge their performance</li>\n<li>Completing oil changes, coolant service, AC evaluation, and brake checks</li>\n<li>Maintaining records of parts inventory and serviced vehicles</li>\n<li>Ensure the job area is organized and clean, including mee􀆟ng necessary standards for waste disposal and environmental protection.</li>\n"

      "text": "Job Requirements:",
      "content": "\n<li>At least 4 years of diesel or heavy equipment maintenance and repair experience. (Preferred)</li>\n<li>Advanced knowledge of a vehicle, its electrical system, and the mechanisms of a diesel engine (Hi rail&nbsp;and hydraulic knowledge is Preferred)</li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of diesel engine components and operational mechanisms</li>\n<li>Superior knowledge of maintenance tools and repair equipment</li>\n<li>Comfortable using mechanical and electrical power tools</li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving skills</li>\n<li>Keen attention to detail</li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of computer systems and other relevant electronics (MaxxTraxx knowledge is&nbsp;preferred)</li>\n<li>Proficiency in the use of diesel engine diagnostic so􀅌ware</li>\n<li>A valid driver’s license; Must have CDL -B (CDL-A strongly preferred)</li>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills</li>\n<li>Effective collaboration and communication skills</li>\n<li>Must furnish own tools.</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>Work inside an open floor plan shop</li>\n<li>Daily exposure to dirt, oils, smells, and sounds, related to standard mechanics’ shop.</li>\n<li>Must be able to lift, handle, meet ladder safety requirements.</li>\n<li>Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. regularly.</li>\n<li>Must be able to work at heights of 0-20 ft.</li>\n<li>Must be able to bend, stand, sit, crawl, lay, climb, and li􀅌 throughout each day.</li>\n<li>Required to stand, walk, and sit frequently. Required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel or crouch to access vehicle areas.</li>\n"
