Join us for the chance to leverage your inherent curiosity and proven capabilities to catapult you to the next level. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Project Controller works closely with Project Managers, Project Executives and Superintendents on all facets of project accounting and administration issues.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Preparation of monthly owner requisitions</li>\n <li>Review and approval of subcontractor requisitions and vendor invoices</li>\n <li>Managing subcontractor compliance with terms and conditions of the contract (i.e. insurance, bonds, waivers, CCIP enrollment, billing procedures)</li>\n <li>Assisting Project Management in the monthly project forecast including validation of the projected fee and percent complete forecast</li>\n <li>Processing subcontractor and owner change orders in Oracle</li>\n <li>Processing labor and AP job cost transfers</li>\n <li>Monitoring the cash position of the project and completion of the monthly cash position analysis</li>\n <li>Preparation of the project cash forecasts</li>\n <li>Assisting the Corporate Risk Manager in the administration of a Contractor Controlled Insurance Program (CCIP)</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or other relevant field</li>\n <li>Minimum of 5 years of related experience</li>\n <li>Ability to adapt to different personalities and management styles</li>\n <li>Outstanding team player with good interpersonal skills</li>\n <li>Experience with CCIP/OCIP project administration and analysis is a plus</li>\n <li>Above average organizational skills</li>\n <li>Detail oriented and able meet deadlines</li>\n <li>Dedicated and hard working</li>\n <li>Leadership qualities</li>\n <li>Candidate must possess Suffolk’s Core Values: Passion, Integrity, Hard Work, Professionalism, and Caring</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Working Conditions</h2>\n<p>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; talk or hear; perform fine motor, hand and finger skills in the use of a keyboard, telephone, or writing.
