Prior to your first interaction, 80% of the work has already been done through our thorough pre-qualification process—setting you up for success from the start.</p><p>Your primary focus will be on <strong>in-home presentations and closing sales</strong>. We handle everything else, from order processing to post-sale support.</p><h3><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Deliver our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners using an iPad</p></li><li><p>Participate in ongoing weekly sales training</p></li><li><p>Design bath solutions using our software</p></li><li><p>Present pricing and close sales on a daily basis</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Qualifications:</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills</p></li><li><p>Confident public speaker with strong presentation ability</p></li><li><p>Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently</p></li><li><p>Outgoing and comfortable in social settings</p></li><li><p><strong>Previous in-home sales experience preferred</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Experience in home improvement, remodeling, or </strong><strong>Experience in the bath remodeling or home improvement industry<strong> </strong></strong><strong>strong plus</strong></p></li></ul><h3><strong>Salary and Benefits:</strong></h3><ul><li><p>$100,000+ first-year earning potential for committed team members</p></li><li><p>Industry-leading training from start to close</p></li></ul><p><strong>We’d love to hear from you—apply today!
