    "description": "<h2>Nature and Scope</h2>\n<p>The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for assisting residents with their daily activities. This may include bathing and dressing, taking vital signs, collecting information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses and providers. The CNA answers resident calls.  They observe the resident for skin integrity changes, turn and reposition, and transfer residents to bed, chair or wheelchair. The CNA maintain cleanliness in the resident care area changing sheets and restocking supplies as needed.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Location</h2>\n<p>We are located at 1065 Bucks Lake Road, Quincy, CA 95971.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Compensation</h2>\n<p>Compensation Philosophy: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>We have 30 pay increments on our pay scales to compensate staff for 30 years of relevant experience. </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Compensation range: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>$26.91 - $38.37</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Job Status / Shift Information</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Per Diem, non-benefited</li>\n <li>Flexible Shifts </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Education: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Current California License as a Certified Nursing Assistant.</li>\n <li>Current CPR Certification </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work under pressure and relate to resident, family, and long-term care staff.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to communicate in English (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehending) in order to understand, plan, and carryout resident care plans and ADLs</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Focus on Service - Develop and maintain strong relationship by identifying, anticipating the meeting and exceeding the needs and expectations of people we serve and people whom we serve. Views each interaction as unique opportunity to serve others. </li>\n <li>Communication-clearly, honestly, and respectfully presents ideas, information, and viewpoints both verbally and in writing and encourages others to do the same.
