Business Development Representative

The MSP (Managed Service Provider) Business Development Representative is responsible for driving growth by identifying, engaging, and developing relationships with prospective clients in need of IT managed services. This role focuses on generating qualified leads, setting appointments, and fostering new business opportunities to meet sales and revenue targets. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the MSP space. Provide feedback to marketing and sales teams to refine strategies and campaigns. Meet or exceed individual targets for lead generation, qualified opportunities, and revenue contribution. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics. Key Qualifications: Driven, Self Motivated, and possess a growth mindset with a strong desire to consistently meet and exceed performance metrics Written and verbal communication skills are essential; must have comfortability conducting conversations via phone and email. Highly organized with strong attention to detail Team first mind set and a collaborative spirit Adapting well to change, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment Preferred Experience: 1 year of professional working experience; prior experience in a customer facing, sales – related role being a significant advantage Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot).
