      "content": "\n<li>Manages global response and recovery operations in dynamic transit environments</li>\n<li>Directly overseeing managers and employees that are customer facing and charged with mitigating high visibility situations while exercising extreme safety</li>\n<li>Provides strategic planning and direction to the operations</li>\n<li>Manages and maintains client contract compliance</li>\n<li>Fosters an environment where employee suggestions are vetted and implemented whenever possible and in line with the company’s direction</li>\n<li>Provides general guidance to department managers</li>\n<li>Partners with corporate support teams to ensure optimal delivery of services to the assigned sector</li>\n<li>Manages and maintains client contract compliance</li>\n<li>Assists with Developing and managing the operational budget</li>\n<li>Investigates, implements, and administers hiring decisions including terminations, promotions, and new hires</li>\n"

      "text": "Necessary Skills:",
      "content": "\n<li>10 or more years of relevant management and leadership experience required</li>\n<li>Strong background in transportation and/or logistics is highly preferred</li>\n<li>Expertise in fleet management and complex scheduling for operations and maintenance can be added advantage</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of basic federal and state employment laws and also of laws, ordinances and regulations pertaining to motor vehicle operations</li>\n<li>Ability to maintain positive relationships with clients, employees, and support departments</li>\n<li>Remain flexible and agile for changing business needs and/or projects</li>\n<li>Experience managing a P/L, including forecasting &amp; budgeting</li>\n<li>Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or GSuite programs and the ability to manage and manipulate data in spreadsheets.</li>\n<li>Strong written and oral communication skills; excellent presentation skills; ability to influence people at all levels of the organization</li>\n<li>Experience in rapid response and recovery operations with numerous vehicle types is desired or equivalent experience</li>\n<li>Ability to launch operations in ambiguous environments with minimal information</li>\n"
