This role requires the ability to independently read, interpret, and execute electrical blueprints and schematics while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.</p>\n\n<p>This role is responsible for accurate electrical assembly, testing, and on-time completion of industrial equipment builds.</p>\n\n<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Read, interpret, and execute electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings</li>\n\t<li>Wire industrial control panels, enclosures, and machine-mounted components</li>\n\t<li>Perform point-to-point wiring of motors, sensors, drives, PLCs, and control devices</li>\n\t<li>Install conduit, cable tray, and structured routing systems</li>\n\t<li>Verify proper voltage, wiring integrity, and system functionality</li>\n\t<li>Assist in troubleshooting electrical systems during testing and startup</li>\n\t<li>Collaborate with engineering to resolve drawing discrepancies or field modifications</li>\n\t<li>Maintain high standards of workmanship, labeling, and documentation</li>\n\t<li>Support continuous improvement and 5S initiatives within the department</li>\n\t<li>Follow all safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and PPE requirements</li>\n\t<li>Work overtime as needed to support production schedules and customer commitments</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h2>Performance Expectations</h2>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Produce high-quality electrical builds with minimal rework</li>\n\t<li>Meet project timelines and labor targets</li>\n\t<li>Demonstrate ownership of assigned projects</li>\n\t<li>Maintain compliance with company safety standards</li>\n\t<li>Contribute to a culture of accountability and craftsmanship</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h2>Required Qualifications</h2>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>High school diploma or GED</li>\n\t<li>3+ years of experience in industrial electrical assembly or controls</li>\n\t<li>Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints independently</li>\n\t<li>Working knowledge of industrial electrical components including relays, contactors, VFDs, motors, PLCs, and sensors</li>\n\t<li>Ability to use electrical testing equipment such as multimeters and meggers</li>\n\t<li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills</li>\n\t<li>Solid understanding of electrical safety standards</li>\n\t<li>Ability and willingness to work overtime when needed</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Technical degree or vocational training in Electrical Technology</li>\n\t<li>Experience with UL panel wiring standards</li>\n\t<li>Experience in industrial equipment manufacturing</li>\n\t<li>Familiarity with PLC systems and basic programming concepts</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h2>Physical Requirements</h2>\n\n<p>Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work throughout the shift in a manufacturing environment.
