The more you participate, the more you earn!</li></ul><p><strong>Description:</strong></p><p><strong>This is a full time Team Lead position on our Pharmacy Technician Billing Specialist team at North Hospital in Carmel, IN. Prior billing experience in a pharmacy capacity is preferred to be considered for this position.&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Provides functional leadership of pharmacy technicians under the direction of pharmacy management as it relates to daily staff and pharmacy operations, as well as, performs all applicable duties of a Pharmacy Technician III. This position may also be responsible for coordinating scheduling, training and assisting the supervisor/manager in the application of corporate, hospital, and pharmacy policies.</p><p>•&nbsp;High School Diploma or GED required.<br>•&nbsp;Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.<br>•&nbsp;Requires Indiana Pharmacy Technician License.<br>•&nbsp;Requires Pharmacy Technician National Certification.<br>• Requires the absence of criminal history related to the ability to work with drugs.<br>•&nbsp;Requires strong mathematical calculation skills.<br>•&nbsp;Requires full proficiency as a pharmacy technician in assigned areas and ability to work within established procedures under limited supervision.<br>•&nbsp;Requires strong written and verbal communication skills.<br>•&nbsp;Requires strong customer service skills.<br>•&nbsp;Requires intermediate proficiency typing and using Microsoft Office applications.</p>",
