These pillars form the foundation of our company-wide commitment to sustainability, helping us achieve our ambitious goals through our wide-ranging initiatives.</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p></p>\n<p><strong>Now Hiring a Material Technician!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compensation: </strong>Starting at $22.19/HR (based on experience) + an additional .75 cents an hour as shift differential.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Shift Available:</strong> Nights</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>ROLE:</strong>  Monitor all blending equipment for proper and continuous feed operation to the production line(s). Leads the material-related activities and is responsible for maintaining a safe and well-kept area. Works closely with other members of the team to ensure a cooperative and friendly atmosphere regarding the daily activities of production.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain safe, clean, and friendly work environment</li>\n <li>Adjust blends within process limitations as directed, which will produce various plastic parts, maintaining optimum operating efficiency and uptime</li>\n <li>Identify and troubleshoot needed repairs and utilize follow-up procedures of reporting</li>\n <li>Effectively generate work orders and document other related downtimes</li>\n <li>Work closely with process technician and other support staff to ensure maximum quality levels and machine uptime</li>\n <li>Ability to read and understand equipment manuals and diagrams</li>\n <li>Ability to read and understand metric system measurements</li>\n <li>Clean and replace filters as needed</li>\n <li>Correctly identify all materials</li>\n <li>Identify and transport all materials to the warehouse area</li>\n <li>Drain material systems for Setups and PM’s.</li>\n <li>Keep tunnel and compactor area clean and orderly</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Other duties as necessary  </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Company Benefits</h2>\n<h2>What You'll Get From Us</h2>\n<h3>Benefits</h3>\n<p>With safety as our top priority and a commitment to employee well-being an important focus, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits that include medical, dental and vision insurance as well as a variety of other well-being resources focused on mental, physical and financial health.
