Agency staff members perform the fundamental role of servicing customers, supporting the agency owner, and building strong relationships within the community. CSR&apos;s  have the opportunity to work as a member of a team of professionals focused on providing insurance and financial products to help customers protect their homes, cars, lives, and retirement income. Key Responsibilities • Ensure positive customer experience with every interaction • Handle and process all leads (in person, phone, sales, service, etc.) in a timely manner • Deepening relationships with customers by selling additional products • Demonstrate strong communication skills • Providing excellent customer service by processing payments and reporting claims • Conducting needs-based policy reviews and updating policies and coverage as needed • Cross-selling existing customers with other Farmers products and brokered products where available • Participate in weekly meetings • Prospecting ad generating new business through leads and referrals • Generating accurate quotes at high volumes • Work well in a team environment and cultivate relationships with others • Demonstrate a passion to discuss an insured’s need for life insurance • Maintain proper time management and execute follow up • Maintaining accurate documentation in agency systems\n<br /></p>",
