    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Key Responsibilities and Duties</p>\n<p>· Machine Operation: Set up and operate automatic press brakes and robotic systems to form metal components. Produce Metal Parts</p>\n<p>· Blueprint Reading: Interpret detailed blueprints, Read Job Orders specifications, and process sheets to determine correct dies and required dimensions.</p>\n<p>· Precision Adjustment: Set, tighten, and adjust clamps, hold-down bolts, and shims to achieve required tolerances and dimensional accuracy.</p>\n<p>· Machine Maintenance: Perform minor maintenance and routine preventive tasks on the equipment to ensure smooth operation.</p>\n<p>· Material Handling: Load and unload raw materials and finished products, often using forklifts or hand trucks.</p>\n<p>· Production Monitoring: Monitor machinery (press brakes/robotics) for proper function and efficiency.</p>\n<p>· Quality Control: Inspect finished parts for accuracy, dimensions, and quality standards.</p>\n<p>· Material Handling: Load and unload raw materials and finished products, often requiring lifting to 50 lbs.</p>\n<p>· Maintenance: Perform routine preventative maintenance (PM) and minor troubleshooting on equipment.</p>\n<p>· Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork, including quality check sheets</p>\n<p>Requirements and Qualifications</p>\n<p>· Physical Ability: Ability to walk, bend, push, pull, and stand for an entire Ten -hour shift.
