The Analyst spearheads audit activities both virtually and onsite to meet stringent deadlines and client needs, while assisting with partner compliance and producing objective audit reports.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.</li>\n <li>Report to the Regional Supply Chain Lead Auditor and support them in executing supply chain security initiatives.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with the wider Global Supply Chain Security and Global Security and Resilience teams, as well as Lead Auditors to identify risks, assess risk mitigations and drive security improvements at partners and in Global Supply Chain Security.</li>\n <li>Conduct evidentiary document reviews, determining compliance with the respective partner.</li>\n <li>Audit preparation and scheduling within strict deadlines.</li>\n <li>Support and lead both virtual and onsite audits to meet client requirements.</li>\n <li>Assist the partner compliance team to ensure smooth flow of the certification process.</li>\n <li>Create objective, truthful, accurate, and helpful audit reports in accordance with the global standards.</li>\n <li>Maintain confidentiality regarding company and site information and technology systems.</li>\n <li>Attend internal and external training programs.</li>\n <li>All other duties, as assigned. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Bachelor’s degree with three to five years of corporate experience including knowledge of ISO compliance and auditing principles such as ISO 9001, ISO 19011, ISO 22301, ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems), and ISO 27001 (Information Security) standards.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Technical writing and corporate reporting skills, preferred.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of supply chain and physical security, ideally within a transportation or logistics environment.</li>\n <li>Sound research skills.</li>\n <li>Able to apply analytical skills to identify and collate information from multiple sources.</li>\n <li>Able to convey complex, technical information to a global audience.</li>\n <li>Able to digest and understand a diverse range of technical language and concepts.</li>\n <li>Highly flexible and self-motivated.</li>\n <li>Able to work under pressure and manage workload effectively to meet strict deadlines.</li>\n <li>Able to work independently without supervision.</li>\n <li>Serve as a positive team player.</li>\n <li>Computer skills; Google Suite and audit management software.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions:</strong></p>\n<p>With or without reasonable accommodation, requires the physical and mental capacity to effectively perform all essential functions;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Regular computer usage.</li>\n <li>Occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment.</li>\n <li>Frequent sitting, standing, and/or walking.</li>\n <li>Travel, up to 25%, as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Pinkerton is an equal opportunity employer to all applicants and positions without regard to race/ethnicity, color, national origin, ancestry, sex/gender, gender identity/expression, sexual orientation, marital/prenatal status, pregnancy/childbirth or related conditions, religion, creed, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any protected status by local, state, federal or country-specific law.</p>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p>Benefit options include employer-paid life and AD&D, voluntary life and AD&D, medical, (HSA) Health Savings Account, (FSA) Flexible Savings Account, dental, vision, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(K), paid time off (vacation, personal, sick, and holidays) and several employee assistance-related programs.
