This role is responsible for developing curriculum, overseeing training records, and supporting in-house, virtual, and mobile training delivery for military audiences across multiple U.S. locations. Serving as the lead for training support tied to the Foundry GEN 302 course and related offerings, this position shapes course content, coordinates training execution, incorporates policy and doctrine updates, and ensures training products remain aligned with current mission requirements.</p><p data-start=\"1168\" data-end=\"1188\"><strong data-start=\"1168\" data-end=\"1188\">Responsibilities</strong></p><p data-start=\"1190\" data-end=\"1223\"><strong data-start=\"1190\" data-end=\"1221\">Training Program Leadership</strong></p><ul data-start=\"1224\" data-end=\"1702\"><li data-section-id=\"1hmwyqd\" data-start=\"1224\" data-end=\"1318\">Lead the planning and execution of Data Capabilities Division training support activities.</li><li training requirements as directed.</li><li data-section-id=\"1s6zha\" data-start=\"3282\" data-end=\"3408\">Translate complex technical and intelligence processes into practical, user-focused instruction for operational audiences.</li></ul><p data-start=\"3410\" data-end=\"3439\"><strong data-start=\"3410\" data-end=\"3437\">Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul data-start=\"3440\" data-end=\"4375\"><li data-section-id=\"91l30d\" data-start=\"3512\" data-end=\"3655\">Minimum of five years of experience drafting and formulating training materials or curriculum in accordance with TRADOC and Army standards.</li><li data-section-id=\"10mjl25\" data-start=\"3656\" data-end=\"3774\">Minimum of five years of experience conducting training in the United States across multiple geographic locations.</li><li data-section-id=\"1ak4iax\" data-start=\"3775\" data-end=\"3861\">Demonstrated experience instructing and delivering training to military audiences.</li><li data-section-id=\"10u35kn\" data-start=\"3862\" data-end=\"4106\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree with ten years of demonstrated intelligence experience in the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community within the last fifteen years, or an associate degree with twelve years of demonstrated intelligence experience.</li><li data-section-id=\"16sjkhr\" data-start=\"4107\" data-end=\"4200\">Current Department of Defense Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance.</li><li data-section-id=\"13mh93a\" data-start=\"4201\" data-end=\"4255\">Ability to obtain a Counterintelligence
