This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining building systems, equipment, and appliances, as well as addressing any maintenance concerns promptly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and dedicated to delivering exceptional service.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Provide transportation to and from doctor appointments and outings with activities</strong></li><li>Perform routine building maintenance as directed, completing tasks such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, floor care, pressure washing, basic plumbing, and appliance repairs.</li><li>Ensure that all repairs and service orders are completed promptly, following operating and safety standards.</li><li>Maintain scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on equipment.</li><li>Repair vacated rooms promptly and prepare for a new resident's move-in.</li><li>Ensure that the walls, floor coverings, doors, and woodwork in the community's common areas are well-maintained.</li><li>Monitor and manage maintenance supplies and equipment inventory.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed, including service logs, equipment maintenance, and inventory tracking.</li><li>Maintain positive communication with the local fire marshal, building inspector, state elevator inspector, and any other jurisdictions governing the community.&nbsp;</li><li>Work within the legal scope of local and state codes.</li></ul>",
