Catholic Charities is seeking a Bilingual Clinical Therapist to provide outpatient mental health to children and adults in individual and group settings, in person or virtually.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>JOB SUMMARY</strong></p><p>Under the supervision of the Director and Program Managers of Clinical Services provides counseling services to individuals, adolescents, and families according to evidence-informed best practices and within agency guidelines. This contracted position will keep a minimum of 5 cases . Compensation is based on a 60/40 revenue split, with the contractor receiving 60% and Catholic Charities retaining 40%.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct individual, family, marital and group therapy counseling as directed by the client’s clinical needs.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure that referrals are made to appropriate internal and external services as required to meet the needs of the client.</li><li>Respond to all referrals in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Some experience and understanding of trauma and Trauma Informed Care practices.</li><li>Maintain accurate client documentation regarding services provided according to Agency guidelines, using the database(s) provided by the agency and within Agency time frame.</li><li>Actively participate in team meetings, and training.</li></ul>",
