These hands-off assessments require you to obtain claimant demographics, physician information, a current medication list, and evaluate the claimant’s functional level of independence.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>The assessment process also involves completing a brief cognitive screening and evaluating the claimant’s ability to complete ADL and IADL tasks. The ideal candidate will be technologically savvy and be able to use a point of care web application/system on a laptop or tablet, in real time for documentation purposes.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must demonstrate good clinical reasoning and judgement as it relates to assessing ADL performance, cognition and home safety.</li>\n <li>Must be comfortable with the use point of care technology when completing assessments.<br/>&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<div>\n &nbsp;\n</div>",
