style=\"font-size:11.0pt\">Qualifications</span></strong></span></span></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt\">BS/MS in Environmental Science, Biology, Geology, or Natural Resources or related field.</span></span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt\">Professional experience with wetland delineation/assessment, stormwater permitting, environmental due diligence, and/or environmental remediation.</span></span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt\">Understanding of Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Best Management Practices.</span></span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt\">Permit compliance and erosion and sediment control inspection experience.</span></span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt\">Lake County Designated Erosion Control Inspector (DECI) certification, or progress towards DECI certification.</span></span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt\">Other soil erosion and sediment control designs or inspection certifications (e.g., CPESC, CESSWI) are also beneficial.</span></span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt\">Strong and effective written and verbal communication skills with colleagues, managers, and clients.</span></span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt\">Strong technical writing skills.</span></span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\"><span
