Midland Health and MIMA serve the Permian Basin and its surrounding communities at Midland Memorial Hospital with catchment area boasting 450,00 people. MIMA is seeking a dynamic and team orientated APP to join its inpatient team of 16 MDs and 3 Advanced Practice Providers on night service in Midland, Texas.</p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Graduate of an ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant Master’s Program or graduate degree in Master of Science in nursing</li>\n <li>Texas License</li>\n <li>Minimum two years of experience in hospitalist or ICU</li>\n <li>Procedural training/experience preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Night Shift 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 7 days on 7 days off</li>\n <li>Deliver high-quality hospital medicine care during nocturnist shifts</li>\n <li>Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care</li>\n <li>Perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage patient care throughout the night</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits Include:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive compensation and benefits</li>\n <li>Sign-On Bonus</li>\n <li>Start Bonus</li>\n <li>Relocation Assistance</li>\n <li>Cerner Hospital EMR</li>\n <li>CME Allowance</li>\n <li>Paid Medical Malpractice</li>\n <li>Single practice location</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Organization:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Midland Health is an award-winning integrated delivery system and recognized as one of Modern Healthcare Best Places to Work in 2023.
