    "description": "<p>Flow Honda of Charlottesville is seeking an Automotive Parts Associate to join our growing company.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p>The duties of a Parts Specialist include but are not limited to:</p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Reading catalogs and/or computer vehicle diagrams in order to determine replacement part stock numbers and prices.</li>\r\n\t<li>Determining replacement parts required, according to inspections of old parts, customer requests, or customers&#39; descriptions of malfunctions.</li>\r\n\t<li>Receiving and filling telephone orders for parts.</li>\r\n\t<li>Filling customer orders from stock.</li>\r\n\t<li>Receiving payment or obtaining credit authorization.</li>\r\n\t<li>Taking inventory of stock.</li>\r\n\t<li>Advising customers on substitution or modification of parts when identical replacements are not available.</li>\r\n\t<li>Examining returned parts for defects, and exchange defective parts or refund money.</li>\r\n\t<li>Marking and storing parts in stock rooms according to prearranged systems.</li>\r\n\t<li>Discussing use and features of various parts, based on knowledge of machines or equipment.</li>\r\n\t<li>Demonstrating equipment to customers and explaining functioning of equipment.</li>\r\n\t<li>Placing new merchandise on display.</li>\r\n\t<li>Working with customers, vendors, and dealer personnel to ensure efficiency of department is maintained</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintaining a friendly, courteous demeanor with colleagues and customers.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Flow Automotive Companies is committed to being on the cutting edge of the transportation industry and needs like-minded individuals to join our team.
