    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><p>$1,500 SIGN ON BONUS</p><p>7pm - 7am with weekends&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Summary: &nbsp;</strong></p><p>The Licensed Therapist &ndash; Behavioral Health Urgent Care (BHUC) conducts assessments, evaluations, and diagnostics in a Tier IV BHUC, driving care direction for urgent/emergent crises, ensuring timely CCAs, LOCUS/ASAM, and person-centered planning.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Conducts CCAs/Diagnostic Assessments per NC Policy 8A-5, DLA-20, APSM 45-2: includes presenting problems, history, medications, biopsychosocial review, participation evidence, ASAM/LOCUS, DSM-5 diagnoses, recommendations. &nbsp;</li><li>Initiates crisis/risk assessments within 2 hours; signs/dates diagnostics; documents interdisciplinary team reviews. &nbsp;</li><li>Ensures documentation is accurate, timely, objective, specific, consistent, comprehensive, logical, person-centered. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborates with agencies; provides in-community therapy; promotes wellness, recovery, supports, coping, advocacy, independent living. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Supports triage, IVC evaluations, interventions (e.g., motivational interviewing), discharge planning, PAD education. &nbsp;</li><li>Assists self-determination/decision-making; models recovery; teaches advocacy/rights. &nbsp;</li><li>Respects confidentiality (HIPAA); other duties as assigned. &nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>This position can provide supervision to QP&rsquo;s and peer support staff.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p><u>Education/Experience</u></p><ul><li>Master&rsquo;s in Psychology/Social Work/related&nbsp;</li><li>NC clinical license (PHD, LCSW, LPC, LCMHC). &nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><p><u>Required Skills/Abilities</u></p><ul><li>Engagement/communication/synthesis/diagnostic/LOC/documentation skills</li><li>EMR familiarity&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of NC policies</li><li>Fast-paced independent/collaborative work. &nbsp;</li></ul><p><u>Certificates, Licenses, Registrations</u></p><ul><li>CPR/First Aid/NCI/role-related (or within 3 months)</li><li>NC license</li></ul><p><br></p></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
