They uphold terrain’s four promises: to welcome, to inspire, to inform and to appreciate our customer.</p>\n<h2>Role Responsibilities</h2>Customer Experience\n<ul>\n <li>Exceeds customer expectations by building genuine, long lasting relationships through personalized attention; ensure prompt customer communication with project inquires</li>\n <li>Shares product knowledge, new arrivals, and current trends to inspire the customer; guides customer choices to reflect their unique personal style</li>\n <li>Actively shares details to promote Terrain’s unique events, as well as drive engagement and participation</li>\n <li>Delivers a seamless shopping experience through understanding and utilization of systems and applications for an efficient customer interaction.</li>\n</ul>Teamwork + Communication\n<ul>\n <li>Exhibits strong communication while actively participating in daily meetings and projects; shares passion for plant, horticulture, and floral design & garden style</li>\n <li>Takes initiative and works productively with the team to achieve common, collaborative design goals</li>\n <li>Demonstrates adaptability by redirecting display priorities as needed to work through problem-solving scenarios</li>\n</ul>Visual + Business Operations\n<ul>\n <li>Understands the terrain aesthetic and partners with design leadership to create compelling merchandise displays and installations</li>\n <li>Collaborates and communicates with the nursery, event, and operations teams to ensure proper care and restocking of plant displays; maintains cleanliness and organization of back of house display areas</li>\n <li>Leads an area of specialty to provide elevated knowledge to customers and associates in a meaningful and interesting way</li>\n <li>Adheres to store’s safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the store</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Role Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in customer service</li>\n <li>Experience in horticultural and floral design</li>\n <li>Basic knowledge of hand tools, wire usage, and glue guns</li>\n <li>Art and design background</li>\n <li>Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>The Perks</h2>\n<p>URBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
