In each of our regions, we are the best in radiology, offering all radiology services!</p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>The RN must possess radiology experience to include contrast reaction coverage. The successful candidate will possess advanced clinical skills, critical thinking abilities, and a commitment to delivering safe, efficient, and patient-centered care in a dynamic environment. Strong computer skills are needed.</p><p><strong>Job Duties</strong></p><p>The following job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and other healthcare providers to plan, prepare, and oversee a variety of imaging procedures, ensuring patient safety. &nbsp;</li><li>Assist with contrast injections as required. &nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrate strong knowledge and understanding of the ACR treatment algorithms as they pertain to contrast-induced allergic and physiologic reactions. Manage acute hypersensitivity and physiologic drug reactions.</li><li>Administer oxygen, required medications and position changes as required. &nbsp; Monitor patients as needed. &nbsp;</li><li>Exercise sound judgment in determining when to activate emergency response measures and demonstrate proficiency in recognizing situations that require immediate assistance or emergency intervention.</li><li>Assist with facility processes, quality improvement initiatives, and ongoing education to enhance procedural skills, promote patient safety, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.</li><li>Serve as a resource and mentor to staff members, providing guidance, education, and support related to radiology procedures and patient care techniques.</li><li>Assist staff in obtaining and analyzing operative reports, implant/device documentation, patient medical history, labwork results, prior imaging results, etc.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania</li><li>Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in critical care, radiology, or a related specialty area. &nbsp;</li><li>Certification in radiology nursing (CRN) preferred.</li><li>Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.</li><li>Demonstrated proficiency in critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making in high-stress situations.</li><li>Knowledge of regulatory standards, guidelines, and best practices related to radiology procedures and patient safety.</li><li>Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and promoting positive patient outcomes and satisfaction.</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Immediately accrue PTO as you work!</li><li>6 Observed Holidays</li><li>Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and other voluntary insurances for full-time employees</li><li>401(k) Retirement plan &nbsp;</li><li>Employee Assistance Program</li><li>Sign-on Bonus</li></ul><p><strong>Position Type/Expected Hours of Work</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Full-time</li><li>Monday- Friday, 8a.m. - 4:30p.m.</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
