This role’s primary purpose is contract performance, inventory control and risk mitigation. Ensuring accurate execution, payment performance, and safe transfer/release of title for structured trade finance, and domestic back-to-back trade flows.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinate with Front Office, Clients, and Vendors to execute purchase and sales transactions.</li>\n <li>Perform trade control activities to ensure safe transfer and release of title documentation.</li>\n <li>Daily Inventory Management & reconciliation of physical commodity movements.</li>\n <li>Trade Settlement - Create ticket applications against contract parameters.</li>\n <li>Creation of Inventory, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and cost accrual entries.</li>\n <li>Exercised and apply of title documents (bills of lading, scale ticket, warehouse receipts).</li>\n <li>Authorization and approval of vendor invoices and supporting documentation for physical commodity products, freight.</li>\n <li>Create and send commercial invoices.</li>\n <li>Process settlement checks for approval payment to suppliers and clients.</li>\n <li>Formulate Accounts Payable Pre-Payment Advances.</li>\n <li>Process daily calls/mail/emails from Customers, Vendors, Truckers and Warehouse facilities.</li>\n <li>Create Overfills/Underfills/Washes on Contracts.</li>\n <li>Performs monthly inventory reconciliation and adjustments per business line requirements.</li>\n <li>Monitors aging payables and receivable balances and escalates as appropriate.</li>\n <li>Communicates with management and brokers regarding outstanding issues.</li>\n <li>Resolve any customer payment discrepancies.</li>\n <li>Preserve orderly records of reconciliations.</li>\n <li>This list of responsibilities may not be all-inclusive and can be expanded to other responsibilities as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>To land this role you will need:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Economics or business-related field.</li>\n <li>2+ years relevant commodity trade experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>English: B2+ or C1</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What makes you stand out: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to assess risk and mitigate/problem solve with sense of urgency.</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li>\n <li>Flexible and adaptable with an ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.</li>\n <li>Passion to learn and expand trade knowledge in unfamiliar product lines.</li>\n <li>Proficient in Microsoft office product.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Working environment: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Base + health and life insurance (salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data).</li>\n <li>Full time (Monday to Friday), with an indefinite contract.</li>\n <li>Hybrid setting: 4 days in-office and 1 day from home.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Notice to Recruitment Agencies: </strong>please be advised that any résumé or CV submitted to us without: (i) prior onboarding with StoneX as an approved recruitment partner; and (ii) prior written authorization/instruction from StoneX’s Talent Acquisition Team, will be treated as an unsolicited and unapproved submission.
