    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Additional requirements and position responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Management of land/site development projects, including technical design, quality control, and project management</li>\n <li>Business development activities and assignments concentrated in a specific target area</li>\n <li>Project client interface</li>\n <li>Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) interface</li>\n <li>Financial management of projects</li>\n <li>Working with the team to set goals to meet business objectives</li>\n <li>Complete Civil design drawings using AudoCAD Civil 3D software</li>\n <li>Travel to job sites</li>\n <li>Field investigations and documentation under general supervision of Project Manager</li>\n <li>Construction related services including meeting attendance, shop drawings reviews, responses to RFI, scheduling and coordination with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ), scheduling and coordination with job site contractors</li>\n <li>Arkansas (ADH, ADEQ, ArDOT) design code experience required</li>\n <li>Northwest Arkansas (Bentonville and Fayetteville) design code experience required</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>PE in Arkansas, or ability to obtain license within 12 months of hire date</li>\n <li>BS in Civil Engineering (MS a plus)</li>\n <li>3+ years of relevant project experience (5-8 years of experience strongly preferred) </li>\n <li>Experience managing civil/site development projects</li>\n <li>Experience leading the civil design efforts for public works or site development projects</li>\n <li>Sound technical design background</li>\n <li>Excellent communication, verbal and written, and organizational skills</li>\n <li>Thorough knowledge and understanding of local and U.S. design codes and standards</li>\n <li>Related local experience preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Walter P Moore is an equal employment opportunity employer, and provides equal employment opportunities (including offering competitive compensation and benefit packages) to all employees and applicants for employment.
