Join DCI today to build relationships and gain fulfillment serving individuals with a lower caregiver-to-patient ratio than other providers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The <strong>Home Dialysis Nurse Manager</strong> oversees Home Hemodialysis (HHD) and Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) operations in the dialysis unit, as well as supervises nursing personnel, organizes and administers the Home Training Program, and implements ESRD training and educational programs to ensure safe and efficient dialysis treatments for all patients.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Fulltime Monday through Friday, phone triage coverage as needed</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong> Pay range from $93,600-$115,000 annually, depending on nursing and dialysis experience <strong>Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Comprehensive medical, dental and vision benefits</li>\n <li>Life and long-term disability insurance provided at no additional expense to employee</li>\n <li>Paid time off (PTO) including holidays</li>\n <li>Extended Sick Bank (ESB) in addition to PTO – paid time for doctor appointments, sickness or medical leave</li>\n <li>Retirement plans with $.50 of each contributed dollar matched for eligible employees, up to 8 percent</li>\n <li>Education reimbursement</li>\n <li>Employee assistance program</li>\n <li>Wellness program</li>\n <li>Among others</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>What You Can Expect:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage patient care, staff education and research projects in collaboration with medical directors and DCI leadership</li>\n <li>Create and employ strategies for growing home dialysis</li>\n <li>Collaborate with medical director and clinical staff to assist patient in modality selection and resolve care issues</li>\n <li>Assist patient care team and home training coordinator with responsibilities and substitute as needed</li>\n <li>Organize Home Therapies lobby days at in-center clinics</li>\n <li>Supervise clinic care team with medical director, including social work, renal nutrition, technical and nursing teams</li>\n <li>Lead and participate in clinic governing body related to home dialysis</li>\n <li>Oversee patient care in accordance with ESRD Network, regulatory agencies, DCI’s Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) program and the individual clinic’s requirements</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Successful Candidates Bring:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent communication skills and a desire to teach</li>\n <li>Demonstrated clinical excellence</li>\n <li>Strong leadership skills</li>\n <li>Desire to collaborate with interdisciplinary care team</li>\n <li>Ability to problem solve</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education/Training:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Accredited nursing degree required</li>\n <li>Current NY Registered Nurse license</li>\n <li>Minimum one year prior dialysis experience required</li>\n <li>Minimum six months experience in home hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis required</li>\n <li>One year supervisory experience required</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>DCI’s Differentiator:</strong>Since opening the first clinic 50 years ago in Nashville, Tenn., our Dialysis Clinic, Inc. family has grown to be the nation’s largest nonprofit dialysis provider with more than 270 locations in 30 states, serving nearly 14,000 patients each day.
