Your role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and success of our wealth management services.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Recognize and address issues, risks, and exposures.</li>\n <li>Engage senior leadership to implement solutions.</li>\n <li>Coach business partners to adapt to regulatory changes.</li>\n <li>Interface with leadership teams across lines of business.</li>\n <li>Develop expertise in securities rules and regulations.</li>\n <li>Implement account reviews for investment suitability.</li>\n <li>Conduct Advisor book reviews to identify trends.</li>\n <li>Escalate potential issues to appropriate parties.</li>\n <li>Present reports to senior management.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with Sales Practice Review team.</li>\n <li>Resolve questions and issues from oversight groups.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>7 years of experience in the securities/investment industry.</li>\n <li>Bachelor's Degree.</li>\n <li>Experience in supervisory or compliance roles.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of FINRA, MSRB, and SEC rules.</li>\n <li>Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n <li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li>\n <li>Proven judgment and problem-resolution skills.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with office software applications.</li>\n <li>Must hold FINRA Series 7 and one or more of the following licenses: FINRA Series 66 (63/65), 9/10 (4,24,53).&nbsp;appropriate State Life &amp; Health Insurance license Additional licensing requirements must be met within 120 days of hire.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with Advisor/Banker compensation plans.</li>\n <li>Ability to build relationships across business functions.</li>\n <li>Understanding of new investment products.</li>\n <li>Experience in conducting reviews.</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate with all levels of management.</li>\n <li>Exceptional attention to detail.</li>\n</ul>",
