Your role: You will actively drive INVENSITY’s growth by acquiring new clients and building sustainable partnerships. By tapping into new industries and client segments, you will strengthen our position in the technology market for the long term. At the same time, you will become the central point of contact between clients and the consulting team, building a strong network and gaining valuable expertise.
What can you expect?
Work as a Sales Specialist and build your client base in the tech industry through B2B acquisition via phone, social media, trade shows, and similar channels Make an impact: Identify your clients’ potential and explain the benefits of our customized technology consulting services Act as a Customer Relationship Manager and support your own client base throughout the entire business process, both over the phone and on-site at the client’s location Tap into n ew market segments and industries for INVENSITY by contributing your own ideas, identifying opportunities, and thereby making a lasting contribution to the further development of our company Be part of the INVENSITY success story: Push boundaries and actively expand your client network in the automotive, rail, aerospace, defense, medical, and energy technology sectors through new business development Share and expand your technical expertise: Through workshops and coachings within your department, you can expect a steep learning curve
Your profile
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Technology Management, Business Administration , or a related field At least 1 year of professional experience in sales, business development, or key account management , as well as a basic understanding of technology Enthusiasm for “greenfield” opportunities where you can build new business areas and take on responsibility Strong communication skills , negotiation skills, and the ability to assert yourself Business-level German and fluent English Willingness to travel for project-related assignments
