font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: none\">Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: none\">Register program participants in DAEOC’s Apprenticeship Program.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: none\">Create an employment plan or goal for each program participant.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: none\">Assist program participants with employment applications and interview preparation for employment. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: none\">Continuously track the program participant progress and follow up after completion.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: none\">Recruit participants for the YouthBuild program.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: none\">Answer questions and/or discuss classroom issues involving attendance or behavior, offer guidance for successful worksite performance and future employment.  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: none\">Provide continuous support and guidance for program participants.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34);
