font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities &nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Independently performs engineering tasks related to <strong>water supply</strong>, <strong>wastewater treatment</strong>, <strong>pump/lift stations</strong>, <strong>sanitary sewer design</strong>, and <strong>water distribution systems</strong> using professional judgment and technical expertise.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Supports or serves as <strong>Project Manager</strong> on various <strong>municipal water and wastewater projects</strong>, including assigning tasks, managing schedules, and mentoring junior staff.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Leads and conducts technical reviews (formal and informal QA/QC) of engineering deliverables such as <strong>construction drawings</strong>, <strong>technical specifications</strong>, and <strong>hydraulic modeling reports</strong>.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Makes design decisions that align with project goals and regulatory requirements for <strong>drinking water systems</strong> and <strong>wastewater infrastructure</strong>.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Proactively identifies and resolves technical, scheduling, or budget-related issues in coordination with clients and the project team.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Assists with <strong>contractor selection</strong>, bidding support, and preparation of contract documents for <strong>water and wastewater utility projects</strong>.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Oversees <strong>construction administration</strong> tasks, including responding to contractor inquiries, issuing addenda, conducting field observations, and recommending change orders.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Develops detailed cost estimates, engineering service proposals, and project schedules for new opportunities in the <strong>water/wastewater utility market</strong>.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Signs and seals engineering documents as an authorized representative of HR Green.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Serves as the <strong>technical lead</strong> for assigned <strong>civil/environmental infrastructure projects</strong>, or leads smaller, specialized water/wastewater projects.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Education and Experience &nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in <strong>Civil or Environmental Engineering</strong>.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Licensed <strong>Professional Engineer (P.E.)</strong> in one or more states where HR Green operates or ability to obtain within 6 months.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">A minimum of 10 years of experience in <strong>water and wastewater system design</strong>, including pipelines, treatment plants, pump stations, and related utility infrastructure.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Demonstrated ability to develop construction documents, manage technical tasks, and support or lead projects through all phases&mdash;from <strong>planning and permitting to construction administration</strong>.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Proficiency in engineering software, modeling tools, and technical equipment used in <strong>municipal water/wastewater engineering</strong>.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience writing technical reports, regulatory submittals, and proposals.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;
