    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">This is a 1st shift assembly/production/manufacturing position, with hours from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday-Friday with no weekends; paid weekly.</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">For the 1st 60 days: $17.00/hour</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">60 days pay increase: $17.75/hour to $17.90/hour</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Six (6) month pay increase: $18.50/hour to $18.80/hour</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Annual performance-based increase</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Health, Dental, Vision Insurance </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Vacation and Sick time </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Birthday Leave (paid day off during your birthday month!)</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">We are looking for a mechanically inclined person for our production floor at Duo-Safety-Ladder Corporation. </span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Duties include:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Frequent operation of hand tools and/or machine operation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Manually move product from one location to the next.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assemble parts with use of hand tools</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to read and follow standardized work instructions</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">While performing the duties of this job, the employee is continuously required to stand. The employee is frequently required to use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, grasp tools and controls. The employee is continuously required to stand/walk and reach with hands and arms, bend/twist, and push/pull.</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">The employee must continuously lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects between 25 pounds and 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move objects between 50 and 75 pounds. Assistance will be required in lifting and/or carrying objects over 75 pounds.</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Post-offer, pre-employment drug screen and physical exam required. HS/GED required.</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">The employee will work in a factory environment which requires the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): safety glasses and hearing protection.</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate effectively with other employees of the organization. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to read a tape measure, problem solve, and trouble shoot. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is continuously required to stand. The employee continuously is required to use hand to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, and controls.
