Description

As the Electrical Construction Manager , you will serve as the on-site leader responsible for the management and successful delivery of all high-voltage transmission and interconnection facilities for Fervo’s Cape Station geothermal power project. Your scope will encompass all construction from the power plant’s generation bus to the utility point of interconnection—including substations, switchyards, and transmission lines. In this role, you will ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient construction execution, delivering the power delivery scope on time and within budget. Reporting to the Director of Construction, you will oversee all site power delivery construction contracts, manage general contractors, and lead Fervo’s field supervision team. This position plays a critical role in managing utility interfaces, driving project strategy, protecting commercial interests, and mitigating high-voltage construction risks.
