Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.</p><p><strong>How you'll contribute&nbsp;</strong></p><p>A&nbsp;<strong>Clinical Liaison&nbsp;</strong>who excels in this role:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Builds and maintains referral relationships to drive appropriate admissions to the acute rehab unit</li><li>Assist and coordinate the intake and pre-admission screening process</li><li>Perform on-site (typically in a referring facility) clinical judgment to determine the appropriateness of the patient for admission</li><li>Communicates rehabilitation and facility options to patients and families.
