One day you're packing field orders that keep our technicians running. The next, you're rebuilding a backpack sprayer or moving pallets with a forklift. If you're handy, organized, and like seeing the results of your work, you'll fit right in.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p><ul><li>Pack and ship inventory orders accurately and on time</li><li>Receive vendor shipments, verify them, and update inventory</li><li>Repair and maintain pest control equipment (backpack sprayers, insect lights, truck-mounted sprayers)</li><li>Fabricate small tools, trap guards, and assembly projects</li><li>Operate a forklift, pallet jack, and 2-wheel dolly</li><li>Transport company vehicles and trailers within our service area</li><li>Handle basic vendor communication and light building upkeep</li></ul><p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Comfortable lifting up to 100 lbs, bending, climbing, and being on your feet</li><li>Team player who can juggle priorities in a fast-paced shop</li><li>Preferred 2+ years in equipment or vehicle maintenance</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What we offer</strong></p><ul><li>Monday through Friday schedule</li><li>Health, dental, and 401(k)</li><li>Paid vacation and holidays</li><li>A tight-knit team and 100+ years of company stability behind you</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>At Plunkett's, everything we do is grounded in our Core Four:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Leave No Doubt You Care</strong> Show in all words and actions that you are working to help solve problems.
