If that sounds like the kind of team you want to build with, we would love to hear from you.</p><p><strong>What You'll Do: </strong></p><ul><li><p>Ensure delivery of standard technical implementations by working to deliver solutions, systems, managed services and virtual environments that are sold to clients </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Follow implementation guidelines, processes and procedures to ensure Service Delivery standards and quality are met </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ensure appropriate documentation of the implementation is generated, maintained and delivered with the implemented services for effective hand-off and transition to the Operations Support Center (OSC) </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Communicate with project managers, directly with clients and internal staff at regular intervals to ensure expectations are set and that appropriate attention is being paid to client projects </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Off Hours availability for client migrations </p></li></ul><p><strong>What We're Looking For: </strong></p><ul><li><p>2+ years as a systems administrator or Technician responsible for Managed Service Provider (preferred) or Enterprise </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Demonstrates a level of competency with many of the following technologies: </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>VMware vSphere v6.7 through v9 with both HCI and storage array backed environments. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>vCloud Foundation, vCloud Director and NSX-T are a plus </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Experience with Nutanix Prism Central, Prism Element, Move, and AHV </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Experience with Data Protection technology </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>MFA such as Azure AD / Entra ID, OneLogin, Okta, DUO </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Modern Windows Server operating systems, Active Directory, Remote Desktop Services </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Basic Linux commands (primary focus on Red Hat, Ubuntu, and Rocky)  </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Basic networking principles including subnetting, NATs, firewall rules, and VLANs </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>The ideal candidate may possess one or multiple industry technical certifications from IT-related vendors like Microsoft, VMware, and Nutanix </p></li><li><p>Ability to prioritize and be productive in a fast-paced environment </p></li><li><p>Strong troubleshooting skills including the ability to identify and resolve challenging situations </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Outstanding service and response time working with clients </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Passion for learning technologies and curious for new ideas </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Flexibility to be available for scheduled night and weekend implementation projects when required </p></li></ul><p><strong>Education: </strong></p><ul><li><p>Associates degree in a related field </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Applicants without a degree but with demonstrated experience will be considered </p></li></ul><div class=\"MsoListBulletCxSpMiddle\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span><span style=\"color:#2b333a;\"><span style=\"font-family:OpenSans, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-style:normal;\"><span><span style=\"font-weight:400;\"><span style=\"white-space:normal;\"><span style=\"background-color:#ffffff;\"><span><span><span>This is a hybrid position requiring proximity to one of our eligible office locations which include Baltimore, Cleveland, Columbus, Indianapolis, Pittsburgh, Memphis, Milwaukee, Denver or Phoenix.
