    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Shipyard Test Organization is seeking a highly motivated candidate for Electrical Test Supervisor for the Columbia Class. The successful candidate should possess effective planning skills with the demonstrated ability to coordinate complex projects in a fast paced team environment. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Specific responsibilities are but not limited to:</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<li>Make daily work assignments to support test schedules.</li>\n<li>Maintain ACTE/CTE's awareness of problems relating to successful completion of scheduled testing.</li>\n<li>Provide direct supervision of test technicians’ activities on the ship.</li>\n<li>Maintain required paperwork (review paperwork daily for completeness and accuracy).</li>\n<li>Evaluate the performance of personnel and make recommendations for advancement, training or discipline.</li>\n<li>Ensure direct report’s training is up to date to meet all testing requirements (daily).</li>\n<li>Ensure all Electric Boat policies and procedures are adhered to.</li>\n<li>Review and report manpower needs as required, meeting schedules.</li>\n<li>Must be capable of taking effective disciplinary action in accordance with company policy and procedures and confer with Human Resources concerning employee problems and manner of resolution</li>\n<li>Complete and maintain 6010, S&EP, and Work Controls Qualifications</li>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED</li>\n <li>4+ years of relevant electrical or shipyard test experience or equivalent US Navy operational experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Post High School education </li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex projects in a team environment</li>\n <li>Experience leading people</li>\n <li>Naval nuclear experience</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Skills</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Team interaction and communication</li>\n <li>Candidate should possess demonstrated skills of interpersonal competence facilitating effective relationships between internal / external customers</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Physical Qualifications</h2>Climbing, Color Vision, Crawling, Heavy Lifting, Kneeling, Light Lifting, Medium Lifting, Pulling, Pushing, Reaching, Stooping, Twisting\n<h2>Environmental Attributes</h2>Acids or Alkalis, Cold, Dry, Dusty, Fumes, Hot, Inside, Noise, Oily, Outside, Wet",
