As well as getting new grads onboarded and connected with the company globally. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Position Purpose:</strong></p>\n<p>As the EPMO function has expanded its services globally there is a need to continue to grow and bring in new talent to help drive the team forwards and ensure we have global coverage. With a variety of projects being undertaken within the EPMO there is a need for a Graduate Project Manager to come in to support other Project Managers and run some smaller initiatives where required. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Primary duties will include: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assisting in the management and delivery of projects to ensure they fall within the agreed scope and budget.</li>\n <li>Liaising with team members and management to establish project roadmaps.</li>\n <li>Pulling together and maintaining project documentation using a variety of project tools.</li>\n <li>Planning and managing resource allocation with other competing priorities.</li>\n <li>Tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities.</li>\n <li>Organising project team meetings and recording minutes.</li>\n <li>Preparing presentations to update senior team members on project progress and showcasing a project’s value.</li>\n <li>Delegating tasks to team members where required.</li>\n <li>Working with senior management to continually improve current processes.</li>\n <li>Organising and attending stakeholder meetings.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>StoneX Essential Qualifications</strong></p>\n<p>Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion</p>\n<p>Sound verbal/written communication abilities</p>\n<p>Effective interpersonal skills</p>\n<p>Sense of urgency</p>\n<p>Honesty, curiosity, and tenacity</p>\n<p>Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to detail</p>\n<p>The confidence to fail</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Early Careers Requirements</strong></p>\n<p>Graduate (2025-2026)</p>\n<p>Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (preferably Excel)</p>\n<p>Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Working environment</strong>:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Hybrid (4 days)/In-office </li>\n <li>Travel may be required</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
