We’re espresso specialists, roasting and serving beautiful coffee in New Zealand, Australia, UK, Japan and Singapore.</span><br></p>\n<p><span><br></span><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">A little more on this exciting opportunity:</span></span><span><br></span><br></p>\n<p>We are looking for a Roastery Assistant to support the end-to-end coffee production process and contribute to the efficient day-to-day operation of the roastery. This role is responsible for assisting with product output, ensuring order accuracy, managing workload effectively, and supporting customer enquiries and delivery requirements.</p>\n<p>The successful candidate will have a strong customer service focus, a proactive approach to work, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Teamwork and communication are essential, along with a willingness to take initiative and support the wider team where needed.</p>\n<p><span><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About You:</span></span><span><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enjoys an active role and is comfortable supporting a range of tasks</li>\n<li>Previous warehouse, production, or logistics experience preferred, but not essential</li>\n<li>Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 20kg safely</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail with good organisational and time management skills</li>\n<li>Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment</li>\n<li>Holds a full, clean driver’s licence</li>\n<li>Forklift certification is advantageous, but not essential<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><br></span></p>\n<p>This is a permanent, part-time position working <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">24 hours per week</span>, with scheduled workdays on <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday</span>.</p>\n<p>A <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">full, clean driver’s licence</span> is required for this role.
