We’re looking for a hands-on Safety Manager to support mission-critical data center projects, someone who can lead from the field, influence teams, and help drive a strong, proactive safety culture.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead on-site safety efforts across fast-paced data center construction projects</li>\n <li>Ensure OSHA and client safety standards are consistently met</li>\n <li>Conduct daily site walks, audits, and safety meetings to identify and mitigate risk</li>\n <li>Partner with project teams and subcontractors to drive accountability and alignment</li>\n <li>Investigate incidents and implement practical, preventative solutions</li>\n <li>Support high-risk scopes including energized work, LOTO, fall protection, rigging, and excavation</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in data center or mission-critical construction (or similar environments)</li>\n <li>Strong working knowledge of OSHA and complex, multi-trade job sites</li>\n <li>A field-first leader who communicates well and builds trust across teams</li>\n <li>Comfortable engaging both craft labor and project leadership</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Why It’s Worth Exploring:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High-profile, cutting-edge data center projects</li>\n <li>Strong team culture with leadership support</li>\n <li>Long-term opportunities and career growth</li>\n <li>Competitive compensation and benefits</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 7 years direct construction safety experience required</li>\n <li>Degree in a safety related field preferred </li>\n <li>OSHA 510 and or 500 a plus</li>\n <li>CHST or CSP preferred </li>\n <li>Advance knowledge of construction safety standards</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills required </li>\n <li>Proficient Microsoft Office skills </li>\n <li><p>Embody HazTek's Core Values of Integrity, Compassion, Dependability, Leadership, Accountability</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>HazTek Safety Management is a full-service, objective safety partner, founded in 1997.
