Operators will be working shifts and will also be responsible for performing routine maintenance and inspections in areas of responsibility.<br><br>Pay: $ 34.28 per hour&nbsp;<br>Hours per week: 40 hours<br>Duration: Full time<br>Shift: Rotating (swing shift, weekends and holidays)<br>Benefits: Health and Dental Insurance, Vacation, Holidays, 401K<br><br><strong>Job Qualifications:</strong><ul><li>High pressure or above Boiler License from Ohio</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent; completion of vocational training or additional education is beneficial</li><li>1 – 3 years in boiler operations or maintenance experience preferred</li><li>Basic math skills and reading comprehension</li><li>Ability to read and follow various processes</li><li>Self-Starter with the ability to prioritize tasks</li></ul><strong>Principal Duties And Responsibilities:</strong><ul><li>Understand and comply with all workplace health &amp; safety requirements, ADM policies/procedures, and work place rules</li><li>Ownership mentality for the assigned systems and plant areas</li><li>Perform safe, controlled startup and shutdown of boilers, cooling towers, air compressors,&nbsp; etc.</li><li>Ability to identify and troubleshoot problems on boilers, pumps, valves, controls, etc.</li><li>Work with engineering teams to develop solutions and improve optimization</li><li>Ability to pull water samples, test water chemistry, and adjust chemical dosage for water treatment</li><li>Daily chemical inventory monitoring and regular involvement with water treatment vendor</li><li>Consistently monitor the daily operations of the boilers, document accurate and legible records via paper logs and/or digital databases</li><li>Operation of water treatment equipment including water softeners and membrane filters</li><li>Must safely perform routine maintenance, inspections, and LOTO of equipment</li><li>Works independently with minimal supervision</li><li>Read and understand process documentation, SOPs, and technical instructions</li><li>Perform daily inspections of the equipment and the surroundings</li><li>Report safety near misses and equipment issues in a timely fashion</li><li>Must be able to climb ladders and work at elevated heights</li><li>Must complete housekeeping assignments as required</li><li>Forklift operating experience is beneficial, but not required</li><li>All other duties as assigned</li></ul><strong>Employee must possess:</strong><ul><li>The ability to conduct essential physical work as per requirements</li><li>Be capable of reading letters and numbers and have good color perception</li><li>Be capable of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds chest-high</li><li>Sitting/Standing/Climbing: Standing for 12 hours daily and moving up and down stairs</li></ul>ADM requires the successful completion of&nbsp;a&nbsp;background check.&nbsp;<br><br>REF:109793BR",
